No publishing options in my Captivate 9

Hello,

I'm trying to publish a course in video.
but I don't have any options to do so in the publishing menu :
no option to my computer ????!!!!
Look at the windows I get from the file menu and from the toolbar.
Is there a setting in the preferences ?

    You created a responsive project. This can only be published to HTML, not to SW. That is the reason for a different Publish menu and dialog box. Choose Publish for Devices. The other option is to create an app (with PhoneGap) or to upload.

      But this is a strong limitation ....
      Impossible to have mp4 versions of my responsive projects ?

      How could a video adapt to different layouts for different breakpoint views? I wonder if that ever will be possible? MP4 is a pure video format.
