Pan & zoom in Software Simulation videos

I do not see the pan & zoom feature available when editing software simulations.

Any ideas how to achieve the pan & zoom effect that you can add to videos but in a software simulation?

Pan & Zoom exists for Video Demo for editing after capturing (non-destructive).

For software simulations you have to pan during the capture. I would not recommend it however, would stop the capture, pan and then continue the recording. Same for zooming: be careful to not have a blurry zoom.

Thanks for your reply. I dont actually need to pan while recording, it's really just the zoom feature to zoom in on a section of the already recorded screen, to show that area close up, then reset to full screen. Indeed the zoom object in simulations is a poor quality/blurry option compared to the pan & zoom feature available in video mode.

@Captivate Support - any plans on the road map to add the pan & zoom feature to simulations? Would be ideal to add to individual slide timelines like you can in video editing mode.
