Playbar Properties Disabled

I was working along contentedly using hte SpaceBlue playbar when all of a sudden...

Playbar buttons disappeared and the remaining buttons moved to the left side and in the properties panel mnost buttons are disabled and cannot be enabled, incuding the Play button.

No idea what I might have done.

I deleted the cpti file for grins but no dice.

Older projects look fine.

What'd I do?
