Presenter 11 embedded video wont publish - error message

Hello

I have just purchased Presenter 11 - and while trying to publish a PP presentation with embedded video - I keep getting an error message - "there was an error encoding the file"--I get the same error message with quicktime, wmv, avi. When I try to embed an MP4 in my PP presentation, I dont get an error message - but i don't get the video either - just the audio--

I am viewing the PPs after publishing them in "Presenter SWF" (flash) My ultimate goal is to publish the PPs and place them on line - with embeded video included.

Are you using the Insert Video option in the Presenter ribbon in PPT?

I'd recommend you just stick with MP4 as Presenter will ultimately convert them to MP4 using the Adobe Media Encoder. Be sure your MP4's are H.264. I'd also recommend you not have the videos at a resolution of 1080 or higher, as that is just wasted file size and bandwidth.
