Presenter Assets- Trial Version vs Full

Hello, I've just started the free trial of Presenter. It seems that there are not a lot of assets. I am trying to decide upon using Presenter versus Captivate. Captivate boasts over 75,000 assets included. Does the full version of Presenter include more assets than the trial version and if so what is that number?

The trial version of Presenter is fully functional for 30 days. Presenter doesn't have the same assets as Captivate, but it does still have a good range of characters and interactions. What else are you looking for?

In the Presenter Vs. Captivate quest, I try to explain it like this; If you need to take your PPT training assets and convert them to eLearning assets with audio, video and quiz functionality then Presenter is a good candidate. If you need to do anything more, then Captivate may be the better choice. Presenter is like Captivate's little brother. It is a good, simple eLearning authoring tool. Captivate is a very robust eLearning creation tool, and can do most of what Presenter can do and a whole lot more.

If the learning assets are the big selling point for you, I'd say just go with Captivate.

    Thank you for your response.  I actually called Adobe on this one and they could not give me an answer on the number of assets except that its less than Captivate and that the Trial Version does not have the full number of Assets.

    I am new to E-Learning and writing my first course. I am not new to PPT. I thought I would use Presenter since its easier and lower learning curve and they boast "stunning assets". I should probably do a Trial Version of Captivate to see if I can pick it up quickly. I have been concerned that it may be too difficult for me. (To judge my skill level, I use Squarespace for website versus Wordpress) This is my first Course and I want to wow them but maybe I'm too ambitious!

    I am interested in good assets because I don't want to purchase Presenter and then have to go outside to purchase more assets. In this case, spending the extra bucks on Captivate makes it worth it if it and I'll just have to figure it out.
