Presenter does not play

I can upload the  SWF file to a website, and it loads, but when I try to view it, the green circle keeps going around, and the presentation cannot be seen. I can view it when I preview on my computer, but his does work online. I tried this on two different websites with the same results. I also tried this in the Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.
