Problem uploading SCORM to LMS (New Captivate)

Hi I am hoping someone will be able to help me.  I am using the new Captivate and I uploaded my project to see how it looked to my LMS (360 Learning), made sure I went into preferences set it to SCORM 1.2 etc.  It worked fine and showed up on my mobile device (first time using fluid boxes and the new captivate).  I worked more on the project saved and uploaded the updated file.  It now shows up as the image shows with a grey box and says download the document... (I uploaded the correct zipped file) and the project played in a preveiw.  Another project I uploaded before this played on the computer but would not open on a mobile device and again when re-uploaded shows the same image.  I have changed the name and the version to no avail.

Has anyone else had this issue?  Does anyone know how to fix this please, I have a deadline and am beginning to panic now, I don't want to have to go back and redo it in the classic Captivate.   Thank you.

I am confused by your question. The 'NEW' Adobe Captivate (version 12, now at 12.2.0.19) has no fluid boxes. It uses canned templates and blocks for the responsiveness. Fluid boxes were available in previous versions, now labeled as Captivate Classic (11.8.2).

Can you try to upload the output from your project to SCORM Cloud? That is the best way to test if the problem is with your LMS or with Captivate.

Sorry I got a little confused, it is definitely the 'new adobe captivate, I hadn't used the fluid boxes in the old one and just presumed they were named the same :(.

If I click on preview it plays fine.  I have downloaded one of the template courses and it has uploaded to the LMS, but when I go onto my mobile app (it says not accessible on mobile).

Sorry it is really confusing me.  Thank you for your help.

You don't have to apologize, the whole terminology changed a lot in this NEW version, which due to my long history as teacher/trainer/coach I don't like at all because it increases the confustion everywhere.

I repeat my recommendation to upload to SCORM Cloud for testing. Within limits this is for free.

Another tip: are you sure that the LMS is supporting responsive courses? You need to ask the IT people. Since you didn't yet create any responsive course before this version.

Thank you, sorry to be a pain, how do I now upload to SCORM Cloud please in the old version it was easier to find.

I am sure it's not the LMS as when I first uploaded it, it played perfectly and when I went into the 360 Learning app on my phone it played on there too.  I don't think I have changed any setting but am looking at all the version to double check.

The other confusing thing is I uploading a template project from adobe and it plays on the LMS system, but I get the not accessible on the mobile app, again, it has played these courses on my mobile.

Sorry again, I know it's difficult to explain these things when you can't see them.  Thank you

The new version will take a lot of getting used to, I didn't use the fluid boxes in the previous one as I preferred more scope to layer, but I do like the M-Learning option so need to get to grips with the new version.

Go there:

If you are OK with all the limitations of this version, go ahead. But Fluid Boxes, and for sure Breakpoint views, did have a lot less limitations for an eLearning developer. I keep with version 11.5.5 at this moment for multiple reasons.

Which template project did you try? You should log bugs...
