Problemas al cargar captive con adobe.exe

Hola! Descargue adobe captivate, pero al momento de iniciar la computadora se guinda al ver el motivo aparece adobe.exe no responde ¿Alguno le ha pasado esto? ya intente desintalar e instalar en dos oportunidades y es el mismo problema.

      En mi organización están por adquirir la licencia, me registre gratis para comenzar a usarla, hice todas las pruebas necesarias antes de escribirles, les copio un print del mensaje que me arroja,
