I have created several courses that I have published in SCORM for use in a Moodle platform. I have used videos that are on YouTube inserting the video inside a slide.
The problem comes when running the SCORM package, since the video loads it, but after two seconds it stops and you have to press play again to continue.
Is there any way to play it directly without making that stop?
That click is for moving from slide to slide manually by pressing the mouse click. That's the default.
I understand that it will have to be placed at the end of the video to stop and click to move to the next slide.
Is there any way to place it automatically at the end of the video, or do I have to move it manually?
If you have such a requirement on each slide, it would be better to use a shape button on the main master slides. Its advantage would be that it will pause each slide at its last frame. You cannot use a click box, but the smart shape can be made 'invisible' by setting Opacity and Stroke width to )<
If you insist on using that click box, move it to the end or extend its duration till the end of the slide by using CTRL-E. The pausing point of a click box is always at the end of its timeline.

How did you insert the YT videos in the cptx-course, please?
Can you also tell which exact Captivate version you are using? The full version number can be found under Help, About Captivate.

I have used the interactive video option, and I have added the url of the YouTube video.
The version is 2019 11.5.0.476
This problem also happens when I preview in SCORM cloud.

You are still on the first version of 11.5, which was pretty buggy. Why didn't you upgrade to 11.5.5.553. I understand you don't want to update to 11.8 probably because that is a subscription only version. If my memory is correct, there were some issues with YT videos used as slide video in Captivate.
Another question: did you insert bookmarks, overlay slides (content or knowledge check) in the video, since you mentioned 'Interactive video'? If yes, when is the first bookmark happening?

I have upgraded to version 11.5.5.553 and the same thing keeps happening to me.
The process I have done was to put a blank slide, and add a video from the slides with video option using a YouTube video.
I do not use bookmarks

I am getting more confused, not sure anymore that you have a slide video.
Is it possible to insert a screenshot of the Timeline of that slide? And of the Properties of the video?

Forgive me, maybe I have explained myself badly.
The creation process has been to import a PPT and add blank slides where I have incorporated those YouTube videos with the option to insert a video.
The video is correctly inserted in a window within the slide; but when it comes to play it. The problem occurs when previewing the SCORM package from the Captative option; as if I publish the SCORM package inside a course on a Moodle server.
The video starts to play, but after 2 seconds it stops. It does not autoplay.
I don't know if the problem could be due to YuuTube or Captative.
I leave an image of how the videos are seen in the SCORM course in case it can help you.

Please, I asked for a screenshot of the Timeline and of the Properties of the video. Your screenshot is not helping me at all.

Timeline panel in Spanish is labeled 'Cronologia'. Please open that panel and show me a screenshot. I am looking for a possible interactive object on that panel. Most European languages don't bother me at all, I just don't know the terminology in Captivate.

Indeed that was what I suspected from my first answer on. Why did the Captivate team hide the Timeline panel some versions ago, it has caused so many problems as I experience daily here.
What is the goal of that click box, please? Why did you time it at that particular frame?
