Problems with packaging multi-SCOs using the SCORM Packager in Captivate 4 on SumTotal 8.2

Trying to use the SCORM Packager that comes with Captivate 4 to combine multiple SCOs in SumTotal 8.2. Am able to package and upload to the LMS. But in the TOC that displays the individual SCOs, I do not see a check mark that indicates that I have finished the SCO.

The LMS is tracking the SCO completion as seen in the third screen below, but no check mark as seen in the first two screens below.

Something I've noticed on a few LMS SCORM players is that these tick boxes do not update to show completion until you launch another lesson or refresh the browser in some way.  What happens if you go out of the player after completing a lesson, and then come back into the player?  Are the completion boxes checked then?  I would hope that if the LMS is showing completion as being recorded then the player should do the same sooner or later.

No, even if I come back to the lesson, I don't see an

y check mark. In fact I loose my score on the LMS,

the moment I launch the lesson again.
