Publish Captivate 8 file to mp4 with toc included

Can I publish a Captivate 8 file to mp4 and include the table of contents? I wanted to upload my own file with a toc to Brainshark.

    TOC is an interactive component (allows navigation), video cannot have interactivity.

    But you can make a TOC with html and JavaScript to go to "chapters" in the video.
