I'm not sure if this is the forum to get information very quickly or at all. Two people seem to be the only ones to answer and they are great, but adobe people seem non-existent. I would like to find a better forum if anybody can recommend.

Regarding the html5 publish problem, I cannot put my finger on it. I deleted some slides that had larger "scaled" graphics and it seemed to publish then play okay (without the long buffering spinning gear thingy that never went away). So, in an attempt to boil the problem down, I added the graphics back and then it published and played okay. So what on earth? I cannot publish to swf because it needs to be 508 compliant. I am not asking for the moon here. It is a page turner with no interactions aside from ' next' and 'submit' buttons. Really a huge time waster dealing with these BUGS.

are you changing size or scaling video or bringing it in native size? try a native size if not. no rhyme or reason here. Rod said to turn off scaling html5 when publish. i think it makes no difference from my tests. but maybe so.
