Publishing Error with SCORM file

Explorer ,
Jul 18, 2017 Jul 18, 2017

I'm getting this error image when I try to upload a zip file to the LMS that previously worked:

i also tried to re-publish the file and re-upload but the same thing happened. I haven;t made any major changes to the content or settings. Any idea what could be going on here?

Press F12 in the browser and see if there are any error messages. You may have to target the actual index page that the Captivate publish created instead of an LMS page.

Is this swf content?

Can you test on SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same result?

Cannot remember which version you use. Can you look under the Preview button? You should have an option 'Preview in SCORM Cloud'.

That means that the culprit is to be looked for in your LMS, not in Captivate. Sorry about that.

Or could it be an error with publishing the zip file?

It seems to be because there was a slash in the title of the zip file. I took this out and it worked!

Because you told that it previously worked, I didn't ask about weird characters in the name. Solved, fine!

My memory failed, I hesitated between 9 and 2017, but it is available in both.
