I have a few issues with the Quiz that I created. Sometimes when people take my training and answer the knowledge check questions I created in captivate, and the get it wrong, it freezes and does not let them retake the question even though it is set to infinate tries. Second thing that happens, is if they are taking the training and take a break and come back to it a day or 2 later, the same thing happens and they can not continute the quiz. To that event, they can never complete the training with out me unenrolling them and reenrolling them in Workday. Has this happened to anyone else? I have attached a screenshot of one of my quiz questions to have anyone take a look and see if I am doing something wrong and also the quiz preferences on my file.

This issue could be related to your LMS rather than anything being wrong with your Captivate module.
I would suggest you upload your SCORM module to SCORM Cloud and thoroughly test it there to see if you can replicate the issue on the different LMS before trying any changes to your settings.
Your screenshots show you have multiple attempts allowed on your quiz question, but do not show if multiple attempts are allowed at the overall quiz level. It would also be good to confirm that you have Resume Data Bookmarking turned on in Quiz > Reporting > LMS Advanced Settings. If resume data is not turned on, or is not supported by your LMS, then you can expect similar issues to some of those you report.
