Quiz publishing in V9

I created a quiz in AC V9. The multiple choice and drag and drop work great in preview project until I publish to Video MP4. Is this because MP4 can only handle video? My LMS is prosperity. Can I publish this another way?

Yes MP4 is video, and there's no drag and drop with video (unless you are talking about dragging your video player to the window and dropping it out).

If you want interactivity, which is after all one of the main reasons people choose to build e-learning, then you need to publish as either HTM/SWF or HTML5 output, not MP4 or any other kind of video.
