Quiz Retake button doesn't show up

My Cp9 project has a quiz in it.  My quiz Results slide is not showing the Retake Quiz button.  The button is there in my master slide.  The only buttons that show up are the Continue and Review Quiz buttons. 

Is there anything obvious I'm missing?  Thanks in advance.

    Check Quiz Preferences, Pass or Fail. You need to have at least 2 attempts, and to check the Retake butto option:
