Quiz Review Area

When you review a quiz, how do you format the size of the Review Area when the person has got the answer wrong?  Currently, the Review Area appears as a very wide table, and decreasing the size of the Review area does not work.  Also, we are currently not able to progress through the slides when we try to review the quiz, Captivate gets stuck at the first question and does not progress to the next slide.  Any insight into these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there

To my knowledge there isn't much you can do with the Review area. It's pretty limited. Perhaps report the lack of formatting to the Adobe Captivate Team by Clicking Here and completing the form.

As for the inability to move forward, how are you trying? I ask because if you are reviewing, there should be a couple of buttons on the slide. One is for Review purposes and the other is for Submitting the answer to the question. During the Review process, only the Skip or Next button will be actually functional. The Submit button will be dead.

Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick,

Thanks so much for your helpful response. I had deleted the Skip and Next buttons on the question slides because I wanted users to answer each question before moving on to the next one, so my question slides only have the Submit button. We attempted to move through the question slides using the green Captivate Back and Forward buttons and this did not work. I will add the Skip and Next buttons to my question slides going forward.

Thanks,
