Quiz Score Malfunction

Hi,

I'm having some weird results happen on my quiz slide. I have 5 total questions at 100 pts (20 pts for each question). Users need to get 80% to pass. Me and my colleague have been testing the results and they're accurate for everything except if you get 1 question incorrect. For some reason, the score for 4 out of 5 questions is 60% every time. I can't figure out what is causing this. Anyone have any ideas?

    I found my answer. It was the penalty I had assigned to each question. Because users can try twice, to get a question wrong penalized them 20 pts each time, resulting in this lower than 80% score.
