8.1  is not released yet, where did you find it? My version is 8.0.1.242.

I don't understand your question: 'send button'? That is not a normal button on a quiz slide, do you mean the Submit button?

Although I was pretty sure it is working OK I just double-checked, attached different audio files to Success, Failure and Hint captions. And it works.

You're right 8.1 is not released yet i was refering to the last update...

Yes I by the "send button' i mean the submit button, i have a french version that reads "Envoyer"... should have been "Valider".

I replace all my captions with shapes and none seem to work, and i have 1000+ slides! I need a solution or a workaround to get it working please!

If I understand you correctly, you need to attach the audio to each success and failure caption. These captions appear AFTER the Submit button is clicked. If you have correctly attached the audio to the feedback captions then the relevant audio clips should play immediatly.

If you've already created all of these 1,000 slides then you missed your chance to specify beforehand which audio clips should be attached to feedback. Now you have to add the clips manually.

Rod, the problem is not there, but when you replace captions by shapes (which is possible in 8.0.1), audio attached to the shapes will only play in SWF, not in HTML5. I logged that bug.

How did you test ? And please, are you talking about HTML or SWF output?

I am talking about SWF output...

I change the captions to texte captions, then i selected the and retry captions, and in the property tab i added an audio file to it... but it didn't work when the user submits the wrong answer !

There is an automatically resizing option in the Preferences (I don't like it).

Is it a normal or a responsive project? Do you need HTML5 output? In that case you have to revert to the old captions instead of shapes for SFH. I don't have a workaround.
