What was the Question? Adobe Captivate is not in CC at all, never has been. You need a separate subscription or a perpetual license.

The individual subscription price to Captivate is really low compared to other authoring tools. 

This community is a great asset.  You can earn incentives for complimentary subscriptions to Captivate.
