Is it possible to replay a quiz slide? The feedback text caption box obscures some of the slide so users are unable to look at the question and feedback at the same time--so I would like to have an option for them to kill the feedback caption and review the slide before moving on.

Each quiz question is usually around 3 seconds in length with a pause in the middle at about 1.5 seconds.
When your user clicks to dismiss the feedback caption, if your quiz question's On Last Attempt actions is set to Jump to Next Slide then the new slide will appear immediately. But of you set the action to CONTINUE, then it will continue to play for the duration of the timeline between the pause point and the end of that slide. So if you wanted to give your leaner a few seconds to review the question, just lengthen the slide timeline accordingly.
However if you want to allow the learner to take as long as they want reviewing the question, then you will need to pause the timeline again at some point between the first pause point and the timeline end. You could add a Smart Shape button to that section and set its action to Jump to Next Slide. If your ON Success action for the quiz question is set to immediately jump to the next slide then the user will ONLY see the extra pause button if they fail the quiz question.

Thanks, Rod. Clever! We're experimenting with this today and will let you know how it turns out.

You can have more details about the default design of Quiz slides in these articles. The tweaking that Rod describes is to be found there as well:
