Revenir en arrière?

Bonjour,

j'enregistre mes cours avec Adobe Presenter en direct d'un cours en présentiel. Si je reviens 1 ou 2 diapos en arrière pour remontrer du contenu, est-ce que la synchronisation est maintenue?

No, Presenter isn't the right tool for this. However, if you have Presenter, you should also have Adobe Presenter Video Express. This will record your screen and webcam. Once you finish the recording you can edit it to show just your webcam, just your screen or both. There are some other nice things you can edit in (zooms, text, etc.). Then you can output an MP4 video to your computer, YouTube or Vimeo. That may be a better tool for you.
