Rollover slidelet not working

I got a project from another person and I'm having a problem getting the rollover slidelets to work. They do not display anything when you mouseover them. Does anyone know how to setup the properties correctly?

Open a new blank project, add a slidelet there, publish and test.

Do they work in other projects?

Slidelets are ONLY for SWF content.
