Serial Number to Activate a Subscription to Captivate?
Come on, Adobe. How does this work? I've tried in vain to launch Captivate. I paid for a subscription. I've read the forum and it says no serial number is required. But I'm unable to launch the app unless I activate it with a serial number. I followed the instructions to go to my order page, and checked my email and do NOT see any serial number. There is no one to call or reach.
How am I to use a purchased software when I cannot launch it and your help pages are of no help?
