Setup .exe for Captivate (MacOS)

Hey there,

after buying a new iMac I wanted to install Captivate on this computer. Before, I worked with Windows and I only have the Windows-setup saved on my hard-drive.

As I wanted to download it from my applications I can only find the CreativeCloud-Applications but I can not find Captivate and I need it very soon,

Thanks for your help, because the support of Adobe is not responding to my request!

Moroever, I am not at all sure that you can exchange a Windows version for a Mac version....

Captivate is not part of the Creative Cloud family of apps. (Never has been, sad to say.)

In order to download and install Captivate you need to go to the Adobe website and download the Captivate 2019 trial version. If you already have a license for Captivate 2019 (or a subscription for it) then your Adobe ID is all you really need. However, you would be wise to at least deactivate the licensed versions you had on other computers otherwise you may find that Adobe will not allow you to use the app if you have exceeded the maximum number allowed.
