In that case I would have used Video Demo, quality much better for publishing to MP4.

Cannot help you with remaining time for a video, is easier for an interactive course.

Mp4. It is a short software demo and does NOT contain any test. It is going to reside on an LMS. Maybe I need to publish to a different format.
