How to you stop skipping and glitching of slides when previewing and publishing videos. Especially when using slide transitions.

What do you mean exactly, please? Which version of Captivate are you using, and which type of Preview? Do you publish to HTML or to SWF? How do you test the published file?

Captivate 9

Preview using Project or From this slide there are issues (preview "in Browser" does not skip)

After Publishing as a video, it skips slide transitions and portions of Audio recordings from slides.

Preview in Browser or HTML in Browser is the closest to the final output.

You publish as video? Do you mean to MP4?  If you want a pure video, why not use Video Demo? There you can have video transitions.

Audio clips on slides should have a small gap at the start and at the end of the slide to prevent that Captivate sees the audio as one big audio clip over the project, which can lead to having skipped audio or sync errors.
