Hi there,
i have problems with using the slide Video function. I can import the Video with no problem but when i try to drag and drop it on my slide it wont load. It stucks basicly on %50. I have H264 mp4, which i exported directly from Premiere. Could you help me? Becouse i realy want to use the video interactivity features of captivate.
Thx a lot

I've run into what seems to be the same issue. If you press the cancel button your slide video should still be there. It seems to be a bug in Captivate's latest release. I've submitted a report to Adobe and I suggest you do so as well. The good news is that it only effects the initial playback of your video while editing your Captivate project.

Hi Mr. Wilson,
i know it has been i while after mine post. But recently i encountered this problem again. Sadly not every time is Video there, after i press the Cancel button. When i export the project or make a HTML preview, you are right, the Video is everytime there. But while i am working on the timeline i can not see or manipulate the Video. Which is actualy a fundamental problem for my work.
I had this problem by a file which i exported as MP4 by Captivate itself. I needed to import the MP4 in another Captivate Project of mine back (i am doing this for the sake of accesibility - Captivate 2019 does not submit Aria-Labels for interactive Objekts, but this is another issue) but it loaded up to 50% and although i cancelled, i could not work with the Video. But like i sad before it can be previewed as HTML and also exported.
Is there any now foundings, that u can suggest on this matter of subject?

Nothing I'm aware of. It's definately a bug. Send an email to captivatehelp@adobe.com for assistance.
