Sound is lowered significantly

I have an audio file (recorded in Audacity) imported into Captivate where the volume drops significantly.  Any suggestions on fixes to prevent a re-record would be greatly appreciated?  The issue appears in the original WAVE file.

Are all audio drivers on your computer up to date?
