Subscription expired but I bought the software. Why won't it open?

For Captivate 8, I had a subscription. For Captivate 9, I bought the software. Suddenly, I get a message that my subscription has expired, and my Captivate 9 software won't open. HELP!!! I need to work today!

    I don't know if you got this resolved yesterday, but did you logout and log back in of the Adobe account?
