Table of Contents in Captivate 2017 - Skipping first three seconds of slide

Hello,

I am converting all of my Captivate 5.5 projects to Captivate 2017.  When the table of contents is used after the project has been converted the slide that is jumped to using the table of contents starts at about 3 seconds into the slide rather than at the beginning.  How can I fix this so that if the table of contents is used the slide starts at the very beginning instead of 3 seconds into the slide.

Thank you for your help on this!

Amy

Oh, I see, thank you for the clarification.  I just tried this and unfortunately it did not fix the issue.  I have narrowed it down to an audio issue - the timing of the items on the screen appear to not be affected but the audio skips ahead.  My next step will be to try to reimport the audio for each slide and see if that helps.  Thank you for your assistance, any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.  It may come down to needing to do a complete rebuild of my projects.

Do not forget to leave a gap before and after each audio clip to avoid that CP sees the audio as a long project audio clip. Audio has to be loaded On Enter for each slide, and audio files tend to be large.

Try resetting the TOC using the icon found in the bottom left corner of the Skin Editor dialog.

Thank you for your response - I tried this and unfortunately it did not fix the issue.  I also went into each slide and selected the "reset master slide" option and this also did not fix the issue.  Please post any other options you can think of for me to try.  Thank you, Amy
