Terms and Agreement Pop-Up Window

I am working on a training that is adapted from one of our company policies. We want to incorporate the actual policy into the training so that employees can view and sign-off that they reviewed the policy. We are envisioning this to be similar to a "Terms and Agreement" pop-up window in which they can click a box to say "I Agree" to acknowledge that they read the policy. Is this something that can be achieved through Captivate? I really appreciate any alternative suggestions you may have as well.

I've done this several ways.

In this example, I simply added a button to the slide that would open the document into a new window for users to read before proceeding the course. In this example, I actually hide the next button until they clicked on the document button to ensure that they at least clicked on the document and opened it.

In this example, I used a web object to display the policy document right inside the slide itself. This is probably a better approach since end users are less likely to be distracted by a new window opening. They'll stay focused on the Captivate project in front of them.
