I am missing the german voice "stefan". When is it available in captivate 7?????

Stefan's voice was a part of Loquendo TTS in Captivate 5.5. Captivate 6 and 7 uses only NeoSpeech voices. So, it is not available. As far as I know, Loquendo voices cannot be installed on Captivate 6 and 7.
