Training Simulation

Hi,

I am trying to use Software Simulation to record a training session.

However, Captivate will not record the full training but only the first screenshot. It gives the following error message:

I run it as an Admin, but it doesn't help either.

Can you please advise? I have been spending the last 3 days trying to fix it.

Which version are you using, please? Full number, as mentioned under Help, About Captivate.

Using shapes, no text captions for feedback messages? There is a bug, hotfix is available, have just searched for that thread but cannot find it. They have taken out the possibility to bookmark a thread and the search functionality is...

Thanks for posting, there was another one in the eLearning community I was looking for, where Shreya also answered and posted that link. Meanwhile I have already sent the hotfix to another user, with similar problems.
