Unable to download trial version of Adobe Captivate

I get a successful download message but when I check the downloads folder, I do not see the build. Can someone help?

It is a pretty long process, what was your work flow? Only Captivate (not the learning assets, nor the TTS voices) is over 1 GB.

Thanks for reaching out. I filled out the form and clicked Download on the page, Download Adobe Captivate free trial | Adobe Captivate 9

After which the Download Manager window opened. But instead of download process, only a confirmation message that Download is complete was displayed. The Downloads folder is empty. I tried TCS trial version but that has been downloading correctly.

Another colleague also tried downloading from the same link, they got the following message,

Here is another direct link (it is legal) where the Akamai Download manager is not used:

Beware: check the version number after install, because it looks still to be 9.0.0. You should install the patch (can be done from within Captivate) to 9.0.1 to avoid a number of bugs.
