I published this as a Scorm 1.2 file and found an error in my slides, so I fixed it and tried to publish (within a few minutes) and now I am getting the message below. I am unable to publish any file now.

Your settings in the Publish dialog show that you are attempting to publish to a network folder location.  This is NOT a good idea.  You should always have a folder set up somewhere on your local PC drive that you publish to.

Is it possible that you might also be working on a CPTX project file that is actually located on the network as well?  If so, you are risking corruption of the project.  It's been standard practice for many years now for Captivate developers to ONLY work from the local hard drive.  Upload backups to the network AFTER you save and close down the file.
