User experiencing issue viewing SCORM: any ideas?
I have a user who reports a blank page (the same colour as the intended background of the project) when trying to load the SCORM content. We are using Talent LMS as a hosting site. When I log in on her account, I can load the content fine, so it must be an issue with her browser. She is using Google Chrome and her Flash player is up-to-date. Does anyone have any ideas for troubleshooting steps I can suggest to her? I already suggested updating Flash player and clearing the cache.
