Video DEMO and Blur

Hello,

I am trying my first video demo, and all is great during the record.

After that, I published it, in all the preconfigured mode (Iphone, Youtube hd etc..) and try other parameters, and everytime the video published is blurry!

The format is the same as I configured during the screen record.

In the cptv project, I play the movie by playing the timeline, all is clear.

If I try with not a Video DEMO but a SIMULATION, all is clear in the project AND after publishing!

so Only when Publishing after a record by VIDEO DEMO mode.

I change the preference to 32bits to try another record, and it is the same...

Any idea ?

    I add more details :

    I am working with Cp 9  -  9.0.1.320

    And here an example screenshot. The first text is a part of the screen record demo video in real, and in captivate while working on the project.

    And the second with blur, when published as a video.

    You are not on the latest version which is 9.0.2.437.

    Did you rescale the video?

    What a weird width/height ratio? YouTube = 16/9 and that is also about the same ratio for iPhone. There has been rescaling when publishing


    And I wiil try on a Captivate same version of a friend. Lilybiri, when you set up a DEMO VIDEO mode, and publish on computer, you don't have this issue ?
