video internal error

Hello.

I have seen that several people have had the same thing happen to them. When I load a Vimeo video on my slide it stays in the middle and when I cancel it says there is an internal video error. It has happened to me before. I use the latest version and I don't know how to fix it anymore.

    You are not alone. The only advice I can give is to check all the settings on your Vimeo video to be certain it's truly a public video. Make sure you are running the most up to date version of Adobe Captivate. Also, consider using regular slide video as it doesn't have these problems. Any time software relies on a service like Vimeo, there is risk that the service might change something on their end and unintentionally break the solution for the software. Perhaps reach out to Adobe Support and see if they have a work around or solution.
