Where are the help files

Question

Hi I have Adobe Captivate 5.5. When I select Help >> Adobe Captivate Help, the Adobe Help application appears, but it simply goes to a web site at helpx.adobe.com. This site lists a manual for "Captivate 7". On the status bar of Adobe Help it says "local content updates available". Under the search field there are radio buttons for Search Location: "Online" and "Local", however the "Local" button is greyed out. All this suggests that, when I installed Captivate, the help files did not also install.

Is there some way that I can download and install the help files?

Failing that, is there a site where the documentation can found online?

I have the whole Education Suite and have similar problems with all the products in the bundle.

Hi,Please find the Captivate 7 Help guide in PDF form here :http://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/captivate_reference.pdfYou can save the same to your disk as well.In addition to this, Please Launch the Adobe Help from your disk and Under General Tab : It would siplay you the pending download for available help content for all adobe applications:screenshot:Hope this helps.Thanks,Ananeai
