Where can I download the additional text-to-speech voices for Captivate 8

In previous versions (6&7) there was an download required to install the additional neospeech text-to-speech voices Bridget, Chloe, Paul etc. Is this available for Captivate 8 and if so can some please provide the download link?

You may download Adobe Captivate 8 Neo Speech Installer from here : http://www.adobe.com/go/Cp8_mac_voices_installer

Note : Make sure while installing the voices, Adobe Captivate is not running
