Why Can't I Update Captivate 9?

I had Creative Cloud installed on my machine yesterday.  Now I can't update Captivate from 9.0.1.320 to 9.0.2.  Help > Updates is grayed out.  Is this a coincidence, or is something else wrong?

After renaming C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat, the update worked.  Thanks!
