Why do my text captions look blurry in Captivate preview?

Hi everyone,
I’m working in Adobe Captivate and noticed that sometimes my text captions look a bit blurry when previewed, even though they’re sharp in the editor. Is there a simple setting I might be missing to keep them crisp? Thanks!

If you are working in Captivate Classic and have Scalable HTML content turned on in Publish settings, that can cause fuzziness in text.
