why presenter 11 trial version download stuck?

When I dolwload the Presenter 11 trial version, I get stuck in this step forever. Not know whtat is wrong as I followed the trouble shooting step by step and could not find a solution. Anyone here can help with big thanks.

Presenter 11 trial fails to install on ALL of my PC's

All are Windows 7 (64)

Everything is switched off, including anti-virus etc

This error appears on all my PC's - four of them!!

Not a great advertisement for Adobe if you can't even get a trial version to work!!!!

Sorry to hear about your issue.

Please restart you system and make sure no app manager process is running in the back ground and try to install again. If still you are facing the same issue, send me the logs Adobe Creative Cloud Log Collector Tool

using log collector tool.

Hopefully you were able to resolve the issue with your Presenter 11 trial download. If, however, you are still experiencing issues, it will help us troubleshoot if you can provide a little more information. Are you receiving any error messages or does the download just freeze? Are you downloading directly from Adobe Presenter 11-Create eLearning courses from PPT slides or are you utilizing the Creative Cloud Desktop App? What is your computer operating system?
