Why won't my drag and drop interaction at the end of my slide work?

I have a narrated slide, the drag and drop sources appear towards the end of the slide.  For some reason, the interactive drag and drop won't work on the slide.  The images were pausing after 1.5 seconds, because the interaction had a pause, but I moved that toward the end of the slide, and the interaction still isn't working.  Any recommendations?.I have attached a screenshot of the timeline.  The stuff highlighted in purple are the drag and drop sources.

    Drag and drop has to start at the beginning of a slide, all objects have to be there from start, that is the way the interaction is designed. That way you can keep the default pause at 1.5secs
    Split up the slide in two slides, second slide has only the D&D so that you can have all drag sources and targets from the start. If you want to keep objects from the previous slide, you can time them for the rest of the project and then hide them later on after the second D&D slide. One tip: please group objects on the slide, will be much easier to hide them later on.
