Whys isn't my responsive project rendering properly for tablet and mobile phone? It's all over the place.

I've downloaded the 'linen' template and started a responsive project in Captivate 2017. My slides are not rendering, they look fine in the 'desktop' format, but as soon as I view them in tablet and mobile options they are completely off. I have redone one of the slides in a new project and used fluid boxes, shown below, I'm still getting used to them, but still having the same problem. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong. snipet

What do you mean by 'completely off'..You shiw a screenshot of the primary view, how di the lower resolutions appear? What are the settings for the fluid boxes, flow wrap, oadding....?
