I can't get my menus and panels to dock.  It is driving me crazy.  I have tried everything I can think of.  I do not have any verticle blue lines.  I have tried to reset the classic. . . I saw a post on here from about a year ago and there was no answer.  Can anyone enlighten me?

That was easy. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this. I was ready to go crazy. Thanks!

You don't indicate what version of captivate you're using, but have you tried deleting your preferences?

If you're using WinXP and Cp5/5.5 the folder is located at: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe

Exit Captivate.

Navigate to and delete or rename the Captivate 5 or Captivate 5.5 folder.

Restart Captivate and it will default your user preferences and rebuild the folder.

Glad I could help.  You can use that trick any time the user interface gets 'wonky.'  Keep in mind any customization you do to the UI will be lost when you remove that folder (I usually rename the folder in case that doesn't fix the problem).

All my customization was lost but it’s better than my mind. Thanks again.
