Zoom over a trimmed section

Hi, I'm new to Captivate and am working with Captivate 8. I am editing a video demonstration and was wondering if there is a way to make a pan and zoom continue seamlessly over a “trim line”.   Any input would be great. I have searched for answers but I’m not 100% sure I’m searching with the right terminology.  Thank you!

Hmmm, I don't think it will be easy even if you do not use any transition. You'll have to position the pan/zoom window in exactly the same place at the end of the first video clip, and at the start of the second one.

You mean over a transition between two video clips?

See this is where I think my temonology is tripping me up... I created a video and then trimmed part of it so I now have a break in my clip timeline.  So if that counts as two video clips then yes! That's what I mean! (sorry for being so bad at this!)
