Activity Details in tincan.xml missing (xAPI publish)

I'm developing an LRS as a part of an LMS and have noticed that Captivate does not put anything other than the launch activity in the tincan.xml file. Whereas Articulate Storyline includes a list of activities/ids/questions/choices that can be used by the LMS to provide better reporting.

Is there a publish setting in Captivate that I'm missing?

My question exactly.  Is it done via javascript?  Is it only available via Captivate Prime?  There just don't seem to be any answers on this.
