Adobe Captivate download issue

I just completed my payment through digital river for the purchase of Adobe Captivate (download). I have also received the email with the 'begin download' link. However, when I tried to access it, it says 'We found no orders placed for your account.' Kindly advise what else I can do to complete the download. Thank you.

    Please follow the below procedure in order to download Captivate 9 for Windows or MAC.

    Downloading Steps of Adobe Captivate 9.0 for Windows (only 64bit) :-

    Step 1:- Open the link mentioned below and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-product-downloads.html

    Step 2:- Once you sign in with your Adobe ID and password, you will be redirected to Adobe Creative Suite download page, do not click on download. Kindly stay on that page and paste the below two links in the address bar one by one and save the files on the desktop.

    http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/win64/Captivate_9_x64_LS21.exe

    http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/win64/Captivate_9_x64_LS21.7z

    Step 3:-  After downloading both the files, run the .exe file which will start extracting the .7z file and then it will start the installation of Adobe Captivate 9.0 on your computer.

    Step 3:- Once the file gets downloaded, launch the .dmg file and it will start extracting and installing the product.

    After you're done installing Captivate, do you need to keep the .exe and .7z files on your computer? Or can you delete these two files.

    Also, I still have Captivate_8_Voices.zip on my computer, which is 1,730,354 KB. Can I delete that zipped file, or would I lose the voices when working in Captivate 8?

    After installing the product, you can delete the .exe & .7z files from your computer because installation of the product creates a folder inside Program Files.

    Voices also get installed on the machine so you can check if Adobe Captivate Voices 8 folder is available in Program Files folder then you can delete the zip file which should not be saved is the same location.
